  • Shipping times: We stock items from a range of partners and the estimated delivery time varies for each partner. When browsing an item in our store please check the delivery information for the specific product to get an idea of how long it might take to arrive.
  • Shipping cost: Each of our partners sets their own shipping costs and this may vary product to product. When you add a product to your basket it will specify how much shipping will cost.
Order Placements - Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select a payment method where applicable - we will aim to ship your package within 2-5 business days.

Can I update my delivery address? Yes! If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we should be able to update your address. Please just send us a message on our contact page which includes your order confirmation number and your new delivery address.

Returns & Refunds - Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 15-day Return & Exchange Policy.

Where is my order? - As you may know from our delivery information section some of our products come from abroad meaning shipping times can vary from product to product. The majority items should arrive within 1-3 weeks. If not please don’t panic or stress, just drop us a message on our contact page and we'll see if we can track your item for you.
